The SF Industrial report is out. Not a lot to discuss other than the fact that the market is once again very tight with little for lease or sale of significant size. The one exception being the LaSalle Industrial Park on McKinnon. A 17 acre site poised for redevelopment. We’ll keep you up to date on any progress there.
Here’s an excerpt from the report:
The San Francisco industrial market started the year strong in the first quarter. The larger industrial leases remain in the San Mateo County submarket, with five leases signed ranging from 20,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet. In San Francisco, two large lease transactions occurred, one for approximately 22,800 square feet at 350 9th Street in the South of Market submarket, and another 24,111 square feet at 350 Treat in the Potrero West submarket.
