Q2 2013 San Francisco Industrial Report

It’s that time of the year where we reflect on the numbers from the previous quarter.  Our San Francisco Industrial Report is the first to come out, but look for more reports as the results are tallied.  Here’s an excerpt from this past quarter:

The San Francisco industrial market has remained relatively flat in the first half of 2013.  The only significant amount of activity in the second quarter has been the leasing of smaller properties (10,000 square feet and below). Two projects, Potrero Business Center and 2200 Jerrold Avenue, leased over 20,000 square feet combined; with units ranging from 2,160 square feet to 4,500 square feet. Currently there are no industrial spaces under 5,000 square feet available for lease in San Francisco.
